In addition to assisting Grant M. Yochim, Esq., and handling business formation matters, Susan is in charge of all matters relating to the subdividing, transferring, buying, selling and/or financing of commercial and residential real estate. She is in charge of the preparation of sales agreements, deeds, loan documents, liquor license applications/transfers, settlement statements and the scheduling of all closings. Susan has many years of experience in handling real estate and business matters and will handle your real estate transfer and/or financing and/or business papers with efficiency and dispatch.
